Would chocolate chips sub for Lindt chocolate? Might be cheaper? What would the equivalent be be (1 cup of chocolate chips?).

Hi a Lindt chocolate bar is 100g you could definitely experiment chocolate chips using a scale to measure. The only reason I use a chocolate bar is because half of the chocolate is chopped up into small chunks (for the dough) and the other half is used for larger chunks (for the topping). I’m not sure if the distribution ratio would be the same if you used chips.

this is actually so genius! My all-time favorite chocolate is a ferrero rocher. Can't wait to taste it in cookie form ✨

Hiii I haven’t tried it with either of those ingredients. I’m not sure if it would go to well with the hazel nut and dark chocolate base. If the coffee flavour profile isn’t for you. I would recommend either omit it completely and add more cinnamon instead.
